1996 Pontiac Firebird oil pressure

I have 60 lbs of oil pressure cold and about 30 lbs hot at and idle it goes lower then 30 almost to nothing. I have changed the oil pump timeing chain, oil cending unit and coil pack and it still does it can you possilby tell me what it could be?

B4 we blame the oil pressure u should check the oil prerssure with a oil pressure gauge installed to the engine to compare the both readings if the readin is the same as ur car oil press gauge then u should check other things by changing the grades of oil to see if the problem is the internal wear! Just a reminder high milage car does require thicker oil otherwise it brakes down in the hot summer
