We replaced a two piece driveshaft with a one piece. Cause the carrier bearing went in two piece. Now we have vibrating and a clunking sound when it drives.

The vibration could be from a driveshaft that is out of balance or a bad u joint. Jack up the car and put the brakes on. With it in a gear if standard or in park with a automatic. Wiggle the drive shaft back and forth. You should be able to see and hear if a cup on the u joint is bad.
