Engine Mechanical problem
1990 Pontiac Firebird 6 cyl Automatic

hello my name is Randy Gibson and i have a problem, my 1990 firebird is not starting right, or when it does start it will shut off right away. there is no cranking or noises i think that there is no gas getting to my engine. I have spark, and i have fuel pressure "42lbs" I just bought a new computer under my dash and installed it but that wasnt the problem, and i just bought a new modual but that didnt fix it either. i think it has something to do with my injectors..... please tell me how to fix this.

Thank you so much

Do you hear the fuel pump come on when you turn key to run position? If so check the fuel pressure if its within specs-check for injection pulses. If you don't hear the fuel pump-check the fuse and fuel pump relay.
