when I am driving down the road my car floats back and forth even at a low rate of speed its in the front end exspecially when I turn a corner

Could be the sway bar and/or the stabilizer links.

Toe out (not enough toe in) can cause floating side to side

You can check this yourself if the tires are near new(good deep tread grooves) ---
just pick a grove and measure from left front tire to right front tire as far forward on the tire as you can and still have a straight line for the tape measure.

Then measure as far back on the front tires as you can - make sure you use the same grooves on the tires as the first measurment.

The measurement in back should be slightly larger than the front.

If it is the same or smaller then you need to adjust by adjustinf the front tie rods.
