using accessories (specifically lights, wipers and heater) causes battery to drain and car to either stall or not restart. Battery and alternator both tested good (bench tests).

What you describe is a bad altinator, With everything onn accesories the altinator should still be putting out enough voltage to rune everything with the car running above idle. Have you put anything like a high powered stereo with a amp? Inside the altinator is the voltage regulator. Even with the altinator putting out enough juice the regulator could be grounding some of it. You can try having the car checked with the altinator in it at just about any local auto stores, like auto zone. Also check the tensioner on the belt making sure it is tight enough.
