Interior problem
1986 Pontiac Fiero 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I just bought this car and I am getting really frusterated with it because last night my trunk/engine compartment opened just fine when I put my stuff in it-until today-I cannot get into my trunk. I only have an ignition key. So now, not only do I have to go without my belongings, but I also cant get to the engine if need be. I have tried turning the key on and pushing the button, I have tried starting it, making sure it is in gear, pushing on the trunk while pushing the button. Nothing seems to work. I dont know where the fuse box is or if there is even a fuse that powers the button. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP

First thing you'll have to do s get a key so you can get into it if you have this problem again. You'll have to chekc yor fuse, it could be in the trunk, I forgot. But common places for fuse boxes are lower dash on drivers side by feet, glove box, or a removable panel when yo open the doors on either side. The more newer cars have them under the hood. If you still have a book in the glove box it will tell you where the fuse box is and what fuseis what.
