The winshield wiper only works on the passenger side, the driver side moves a little when turned on but will not wipe. Thank you

First, grab the driver's side and see if you can move it by hand with the wipers off. If you can, remove it and inspect the teeth on the inside of the arm. They may be stripped. If they are okay, you need to remove the cowl at the base of the windshield to inspect the wiper linkage. There is a chance something has come apart.
