It got down to 27 degrees below zero and since then the speedomoter quit working does that meen that the cable froze and broke or are we going to need a new speedomoter

These don't have a cable, there computer controled. There is a problem in the IPC itself. These have circuit boards inside, the cold wheather could have affected the circuit board in the IPC. Post back with any other questions.
