I've got a 09 chevy cobalt w/2.2 and it pulled a code PO651 that reads sensor b voltage regulator open, what does that mean? Could that be the trottle body position sensor or the pedal position sensor?

This is an internal thing in the pcm and it has to be done by a pro with a pro type scanner because there are 5 items hooked to the one. Each has to be unplugged and looked at by the scanner to see which Is screwing up if at all. When the falutly voltage readiing is found then it can either be a shorted wire, connection or sensor
