Code P0406 keeps turning on?

Changed EGR, vac solenoid, feedback sensor, intake gasket, cleaned intake and throttle body, EGR reecirc brass tube, hoses. Still coming up.

This is what is said about the P0406 code

The P0406 code in a 2003 Ford Escape indicates a problem with the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system.

So, this code is common when the catalytic converter needs to be replaced due to partial clogging. Here are instructions on how to do so in the images below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
