My 98 Plymouth voyager’s cooling fan does not rotate once I start the vehicle. I have had a local mechanic run a bypass to the fuse box which requires me to manually connect two wires prior to and again at the end of my trip to control the fans (very frustrating). Also I have four lights that are constantly blinking inside the vehicle though the components still function normally. Those lights are the rear wiper/intermittent, recirc and AC. I appreciate all the help.

Try replacing the temperature sensor. It tells the computer when to turn on the fan. When you turn the A/C on one of them should come on, the other is computer controlled by the sensor!

I replaced the sensor and the fans still would not come on. I also turned on the A/C and looked at the fan but it still was not turning. I replaced both the engine sensor and the fan relay.
