When I turn on my windshield wipers, they don't move. There is no sound and they will work every now and then. I just got the motor replaced and they were working fine. Now they go when they want to. Is this a fuse problem?

Fuse simply lets electric current run through wires so this would not be the problem.

It sounds like there is a short in the wiring. Test wiring from motor and ensure that wires are well insulated and no bare spots that could cause short circuits.

In your power distribution center under the hood, there are two relays controlling the wiper operation. Try swapping them with similar relays you may have in the box.

If the wire from the stalk mounted wiper switch to the Body control module develops a poor connection, it can cause the wipers to sweep "by themselves". This is because Chrylser used a method of determining the time interval between sweeps based upon resistance and an open circuit will look like high resistance and cause a sweep. Push and tug gently on the wire leads under the steeing column near the stalk switch with the car on and NOT MOVING. See if something then changes.
Paul in Boston. Good luck, this is tricky
