I saw water in the engine oil of my car this morning I dont remember my car overheating what could the problem be?

DO YOU SEE CLEAR DROPS ON THE DIPSTICK OR IS THE OIL MILKY LOOKING? IF ITS MILKY LOOKING, YOU PROBABLY HAVE A BLOWN HEAD GASKET.
