1995 Plymouth Voyager V6 3 Lt auto hesitates

I have a 1995 Plymouth Voyager V6 3Lt. Automatic with 265,000 Km on it.
It hessitates sometimes and I have to tromp on the gas pedal to get it running smoothly.
It jerks as if the gas was applied and then not applied.
Almost as if someone was stepping on and off the accelerator.

Sounds like dirty fuel injectors.
Try adding injector cleaner to the gas next fillup.
If that doesn't work remove the injectors and clean them.
