We cant afford to put our car in the shop. How do you replace a thermostat?

Hi:
IT's not hard. First drain coolant from the radiator. Next follow the upper rad hose to the engine. When you reach the end, the hose will be attached to the t-stat housing. Remove the hose, unbolt the housing, remove it, and remove and replace the thermostat.

Reverse order to replace.

Let me know if you have questions.

Joe
