On the bottom right(when facing the van) corner of the rad there is a plastic valve that was in the horizontal position. I turned the halve to a perpendicular position, believing that it was the rad drain. No water came out even thought the rad is full. Do I have the right valve, am i right in believing that turning the valve will empty the rad or do I have to physically take out the valve, is it possible that the drain is plugged and if so what do ai need to do???
