1990 Plymouth Voyager transmission problem

I have change the transmission fluid and filter but the tranny still shifts into second gear and remain there, I just had the tranny rebuilt a year ago.

The module on front of the tranny may be NG, go back to the rebuilders, I think they will help you out.
