97 Plymouth Breeze code P1768

97 Breeze check engine light on Checker did diagnostics that gave a P1768 code. It also stated relay always off, relays are stuck open, fuel system 1 closed loop. What does all this mean. Thank You

This is an explorer sport track correct? This is what I found on that code, but not too sure if it's your exact problem.

P1401=insufficient EGR flow-DPFE sensor code-

Check the 2 hoses connecting the exhaust manifold to the dpfe sensor.
Pull them off and look real closely for holes blown out.
