1997 Plymouth Breeze oil in my spark plugs

I pulled out the four spark plugs and they all were covered in oil, the car seems to run good and there is no smoke coming out of the exhaust. What do you think the problem is?

It happened to my 96 breeze buy a valve cover gasket kit autozone has it for 25 bucks what it is is the grommets for your spark plugs. I did it now they are fine
