You can try using either PC7 or JB weld.
You have a very low possibility of it working. The correct repair is replacing the radiator. I understand it is about economics but this would be very temporary at best.

I would but the car is going off the road in July, permanently unfortunately.

Give it a shot. All parts stores carry both products.
