The invoice from the garage who serviced my car states "full service". What does this include?

Hi there,

There is no actual definition of a "Full Service"this can vary from work shop to work shop, normally this would indicate that the scheduled book service has been done, I would get the work shop to itemize what has been done and compare this with the service book requirements for the due service.
