Pats reset

Okay, we recently out a new motor in the SUV listed above. And some 9ne list the keys along the way so we went to pick and pull and pulled an ignition with key and replaced it. Well now the theft light is blinking what is the easiest way to reset the pats with out a locksmith?

Good morning,

The locksmith is the cheapest and fastest way of getting it done.

If you do not want a lock smith, you need the IDS Ford programming to set the security. Ford makes it difficult to set the system unlike all the other manufacturers.

You will need two keys to perform a "clear all programmed keys" function, which is what I do in these circumstances.
