I just replaced my passenger side actuator in my and everything seems to be hooked correctly and does what it is supposed to do. But when I use the handle on the in and outside to open the door the action on the handles doesn't seem to be as smooth as the others especially on the inside handle. Is it possible that something was not hooked up right or could it just use some grease? I even took it out and put it back in to make sure all the connections were right.

I bought this particular actuator from auto parts warehouse.

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

If it wasn't like this prior to repair, confirm the linkage is correctly installed and not crossed over another linkage or component. It's easy to bend or move the linkage rods or damage one of the cables, so make sure everything looks straight and isn't touching something. I attached a picture of the components I am referring to. The lock open rod and the items from the latch assembly.

Let me know what you find.

Joe
