I have the truck listed above XLT model. I want to change the timing chain, and I don't have the procedure. I would appreciate it if anyone could guide me.

Sure, there are instructions and timing chain marks so you can replace the timing chain, guides and tensioners. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

Your help is very good, I am very grateful. I have a question before removing the chain lh, rotate the crankshaft 360° and continue the rotation until 3:30 of the crankshaft keyway, there is where it begins to remove the tensioner, guides and chain. To install the LH chain, the crankshaft must be at 3:30 and check the marks. Then turn the crankshaft until 7:30. And align the rh marks. My doubt is the complete turn made to disassemble and to assemble it is not done. Could you help me with that?

There is a pin that goes into the tensioner so it won't move, which should help with the problem. I am not too sure what you are saying, can you please add?
