Hi,

It sounds like the injector in cylinder 2 has now failed. The power-train control module (PCM) enables the appropriate fuel injector pulse for each cylinder. Ignition voltage is supplied to the fuel injectors. The PCM controls each fuel injector by grounding the control circuit via a solid state device called a driver. The PCM monitors the status of each driver. If the PCM detects an incorrect voltage for the commanded state of the driver, DTC P0200 sets.

Now, chances are it is the injector. Follow the diagnostic for the injector driver tests in pic 1. Let me know what you find.

Hello,

That you for the quick response.
Have not looked at it yet.
Was not sure if I mentioned this to you.
Since having injector #6 replaced if truck sits for 3-4 days batter goes dead? Could this be related or just a coincidence? Batter is good charging system working?

Hi,

There could be something causing a power draw. You could pull the injector fuses and see if still goes dead. I attached a picture to help locate them.

Let me know if that helps.
