Could be problem with computer?

Start engine and allow it to idle. Ensure radiator fan--headlights--rear defogger and stop lites are off. Do not disconnect generator 4-pin connector. Backprobe and measure voltage between ground and generator field connector terminal no. 4. In sequence, turn headlites--rear defogger and stop lamps on. Voltage should drop when electrical loads are applied to generator. If voltaghe reading does drop, replace pcm.

Are you sure battery and generator wiring circuits are ok?
