P1400 check engine light code. Ford based issue

My engine light is on and when the code was checked it said it was a P1400 code. I am wondering if you could help me locate the part that needs to be replaces and what area it is in and what I am looking for? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Could be either item in pic as well as egr valve or partially blocked egr lines a broken vacuum line etc.
