P115c code. Loss of power on occasion but drives fine most of the time.

The P115C code relates to the MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor and a reading of air flow that is lower than expected.

This means that either that the sensor itself is reading incorrectly or you have an issue with intake system not flowing enough air/leaking after the MAF.

There are a few things that can cause this. First and easiest things to check would be to inspect the Engine air filter and to clean the MAF.

You need to buy a MAF sensor cleaner for this specific purpose to do this.

On the Air filter box just before the MAF on the intake you will see silver metal clips, undo these to access the air filter. Ensure the air filter is not wet, dirty or damaged.
