The shifter column's overdrive off light constantly blinks once I start driving.

The only DTC is for a P0715
So far I have replaced the input speed sensor, the transmission fluid is not dirty or low.

I wanted to know the location of the output speed sensor, (and input just for reference) I replaced the input speed sensor but want to make sure it was the right one. Seeing as how the new one was black and the original was white.

Looking to replace the solenoid to cancel everything else out. The wiring looks good. No corrosion or broken cables.

Im looking for diagnostic step by step troubleshooting guide. And if possible some images showing the mentioned parts. Thanks

This code sets when the sensor goes out and when the transmission torque converter is getting weak and the lock up clutches inside the converter are slipping, is the transmission original? Is the replacement sensor an OEM Ford unit? Here is the testing procedure for the P0715 code in the diagrams below.

Here is a video to help you remove the transmission and torque converter:

Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Hello, the transmission is not having any issues at all. I've been driving it regularly with this code, the P0715 DTC Returns after a reset of the codes after the first drive.

Can I have a guide on how to test the harness through multimeter for the two speed sensors on the transmission?

I replaced the sensors with aftermarket ones from AutoZone.
But still have the original ones set aside.

I'm considering wiring in a replacement harness on each, can I have a wiring diagram for those two sensors as well, would like to trace them back to the computer.

Ken, I wanted to thank you, the first diagram you sent me really helped me to identify the sensor causing the problem, after I replaced both sensors to cancel them out, I replaced the wiring harness for the Turbine Speed Sensor, now the Blinking Overdrive Light and DTC P0715 Is resolved!
