Is this the one on front of the head, or the one in back or the one by filter housing? Replaced the one on front of head made no difference.

The code P0522 indicates that there is a problem with the engine oil pressure sensor or the oil pressure sensor circuit. I would start by checking the connection at the sensor and then inspect the wiring harness for damage. Here is the location of the pressure sensor. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I checked connection on all 3 sensors, 2 on head and one by oil filter.

It could be the engine has low oil pressure; I would use a manual gauge to check it. You can rent one from the auto part store for cheap if you don't have one. Please let me know what the reading is.

I did that and it was within range and no funny noises from motor and it's so smooth. Just strange.

Got it fixed. Went and cleaned the connection by the oil filter again with electric spray, and when it clipped it did so differently, so all good.
