The car sputters and misfires badly when accelerating and letting off the gas. I've already replaced the timing, alternator. PCM, cam sensors and wire plug. Checked the wires as well and taken it too 4 local shops that all said it was the pcm. It was not. This is my daily and I'm just trying to figure out what else could be the problem.

Okay " it wouldn't be a good idea to drive the car till this problem is fixed. Although not likely the engine could be having internal problems that can result in costly repairs. That said. These codes both are for a bad or intermittently lost signal from the camshaft sensor on bank 2 they're the reason for the rough running and such . It can mean a few different things are going on. But the good thing is they're on the same side of the engine which is the opposite side from the side that cylinder number 1 is on that side is called bank 1 so you need to determine where cylinder number 1 is for a start. So, the opposite side of the engine would be bank 2 and the code is for camshaft sensor 1 and 2 on bank 2. So that said here is a few things you can check.

Locate the sensors they're on the top part of the engine front and back on bank 2
check the wires leading to the sensors for corrosion cracks melting broken, damaged or even just disconnected. If you find any clean and repair them and reconnect them.

But if all seems well then, it's likely the cam sensors are bad and need to be replaced. Luckily, they're pretty cheap.
Now the good thing is its saying there's a problem with both sensors but its super rare for both to go bad at the same time so I tend to think it might be more likely some faulty wires or they came unplugged or got damaged or something like that. If you take a good look around you might find it best of luck " hope this helps.

Without any disrespect I don't think you understand lol, everything has been replaced, the alternator 3 times, the PCM, every sensor, the timing, the cam phaser, only thing I haven't is the camshaft itself. It's been at 5 different shops. All chasing between the parts I've replaced because they all said that would fix the issue, I'm on the verge of selling the car but at the same time I flat out just want to know what else could be the issue.

Ha funny I though I explained it pretty good where to begin". Ok so "the title of your question is po345 po349 those codes are cast when there a fualty signal fron the sensor. Thay can be cuased by fualty sensor or wires leading from the sensor to the pcm or the pcm itself. That said . So the only thng left is the wiring check thare im just sticking to the code definitions. You said the pcm and the sensor were both changed. So check the wiring but many other things can cause the engine to sputter that may or may not be related ti these codes
Like
Bad worn out sloppy valve timing /valve train components inside the engine in turn can dusrupt the fuel injetion timing process right down the line but you dont have any codes for those so" yeah
For these codes youre asking about. Either.
1. The sensors fualty or"
2. Bad wiring or"
3. Bad pcm or"
Any or All the above
If your getting these codes. But
If not. Then the other things that I mentioned
Id say start by erasing all the codes and see if the same ones come back often times youl get new ones that woll point in the right direction. Best of luck

Yep, the dreaded camshaft sensor codes, these codes mean the timing chain/camshaft actuators are having an issue. I would make sure the engine oil is clean and full. Next, at idle does the engine make a slight rattling sound? If so this will be the problem, and with that many miles the components are worn out.

P0345 - Camshaft Position Sensor “A” Circuit Bank 2
P0349 - Camshaft Position Sensor “A” Circuit Intermittent Bank 2

Here is what needs to be replaced, also watch this video to show you how as well.

Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

What if the cam phased been replaced 3 times lol. After really thinking hard I didn't have this issue till after they did the timing/oil pump but said they did 1 of the rocker arms, I'm going to do a compression test then change the camshaft if everything well with the comp test and see if that may or may not fix the issue. I know there's a magnet in the camshaft and I'm wondering if the shop I took it too disturbed the magnet when doing a rocker arm replacement, does have a knock only at idle, runs and drives it's my daily but does stutter or misfire when trying to accelerate at times, feels like something may be grinding together or getting stuck before coming unless and giving some power back but not all, my speakers volume gets very quite at times. The ac stops blowing hard and the alternator, battery and the wiring has been replaced as well. Thought maybe someone online may be more useful since my local shops don't know.

When they did the camshaft actuator, did they replace the timing chain, tensioner and guides? On the video you just watched, it is the guide that broke which prompted the engine rebuild. This will cause the codes you now have. The speaker and AC issues are not related to this problem.
