Wondering if anyone’s got any advice. I’ve changed out the turbo boost pressure sensor, but this code still pops up. I randomly get a wrench light and then it will go away after a few minutes or when I restart. Engine light comes on very rarely but also goes off. Should I change out the connector, too?

If so, what voltage should I check for?

Hello,

The code P0238 - Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit High

This code can get trigged due to a faulty sensor, it can also be due to a wiring issue. If the sensor is not getting correct voltage it can trigger the code.

Best course of action would be to take a look at the possibilities and find the problem.

I have attached the troubleshooting steps for the code P0238 below. Follow those steps as that can help you determine the cause.

Let me know what you find or if you have any questions.
