Codes P0174 and P0310

Getting codes P0310 and P0174. Have changed plugs (Motorcraft) and swapped #10 coil pack and bank 2, o2 sensor. Compression is good. Vacuum is good. Gas mileage is way down. Does a P0310 cause a P0174 or just the opposite? Any help appreciated.

The 174 is most likely causing the 310. A lean fuel mixture is usually the result of a vacuum leak. Check for that first. If nothing is found, then I would check to see if the fuel pump pressure is within the manufacturer's specs.
