That is a code for a lean condition on one bank. Check your fuel pressure it may be low causing this. Should be 46.9-48.3 with vacuum disconnected if lower than that your pump may be going. System too lean bank 1
maybe an injector or intake leak or fuel pressure or exhaust leak. Will need to have hooked up to a scan tool and run diagnostics
