Checked for continuity between yellow signal wire and PCM and got no continuity but a resistance of 13.58. Disconnected the PCM connector from the PCM and probed #69 and I got continuity and a beep between the harness and the signal wire.  The green purge valve wire also didn't have continuity until I disconnected the harness and probed there. Ground and power wires on the MAF Circuit both show continuity and 12 volts. Seems to be a short in the PCM.

This could be but I am not sure I understand how you did this testing. When you say you check continuity on the yellow wire and it is not there but you have 13.58 ohms of resistance is conflicting info.

First of all if you have 13.58 ohms of resistance on just a wire then that is an issue. You should have less than a half ohm on a wire from end to end.

Which makes me think you are checking resistance through the PCM? If so, this is not a valid test as we just want to know that the wire is in tact from end to end. So you need to unhook it from the MAF and PCM and make sure the resistance on this wire at both ends is less than a half ohm.

However, I would suggest running through the testing that I am attaching below and that will walk you through the issue.

You may be testing this correctly but just the way you described it is not clicking with me. I would suggest we follow the testing below and go from there. Thanks
