P0030 code

Changed the bank A 02 senser with a Bocsh senser from E Euro parts. Cleared the code, comes back after every second start

If you changed it than its Most likely Not the 02 sensor. Check the wiring leading to see if its damaged anything loose
Melted corroded broken make sure all fittings are tight and clean. Also it's a heated sensor so check the fuze for that too. Also when the sensor is new and especially if you erased codes. It start a new drive cycle while going through the drive cycle it might be cleared somtime before the drive cycle is complete so somtimes I don't evan erase the codes just let all the peramiters re calibrate then its fine and the light goes out but other times it does not so its your call. I have seen the PCM go out and cause this issue but lets check the wiring like MECHTRIX suggested, and lets check the fuse #5 in the fuse panel under the hood. This fuse powers the oxygen sensor.

P0030 - HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
