Code P0017, engine is experiencing rough idle and intermittent shutting off?

Hello i need help with my car listed above. It idles roughly and sometimes shuts off. I checked for codes and i got a p0017 code. It's says Crankshaft Position - Exhaust
Camshaft Position Not Plausible.

The first thing I would do is make sure the engine oil is full and clean. If so, I would swap out the exhaust camshaft oil control valve. Here is the location in the images below.

code P0017 Position Correlation (Bank 1)" error.
