Hello, the vehicle has a code related to the oxygen circuit, checking the wiring it was observed that the sensor was connected without the connector (connector broken). The sensor wires have different color codes.
1. Could I get a wire diagram for engine management?
2. What type of sensor is the oxygen sensor (Current based or voltage based)?
3. Could I get the cylinders numbers?

To answer your questions a little better, we need a little bit more information. The post catalyst oxygen sensors are 4 wires, two for the heater and two for the sensor. Those are voltage operated. The pre catalyst oxygen sensors are 5-6 wire (depending on the engine) and are current operated. For a diagram/schematic, we need to know if it has the 3.5L, 3.7L or the 3.2L so we can get the right information to you.

There is a difference, I assume it is not the diesel engine. Here are the schematics for both the 3.7L and 3.5L, which are both V6 engines, as well as the cylinder numbers, which are the same for both. The wiring is different. Also, the sensors will have wires that come with the sensor and could be different depending on the brand of sensors. So, if you are doing any rewiring or connector replacement, masking tape and numbering the wires will make sure wires are in the right place.
