My son's car is leaking antifreeze and it appears the coolant recovery system is not working correctly. The heat gauge will sometimes go to hot. My neighbor who knew the man who used to own the car said that he adjusted a little screw when this happened. I found the part but don't know what it is called. Also, he is leaking power steering fluid. Do you have a diagram of this engine showing how to remove the Power Steering unit to check the lines as well?
Thank you

Hi,

Can you get a pic of the screw and upload it for me to see? I've never heard of a screw that would prevent an overheating issue.

Next, I attached the directions below for the removal and replacement of the steering pump. Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
