While I was driving down the freeway at about 70 mph car went into a neutral position

Driving down the freeway about 70 mph car went into a neutral position. Slowed down and it went down to third gear, but seems to have lost fourth gear.

I have checked the fluids they are clean and not burnt. Car shifts from a stop up to third gear, but not past third. No leaks, no check engine light. Just no fourth or overdrive freeway gear.

Have a transmission professional scan for codes, but it may be a torque converter clutch bad or a clutch pak/seal is bad.
