I have a problem in oil proff of upper clyndar and after treatment there is a noisy sound when I start to open the contact then disappear after a moment some tell me that is a problem in some parts in the cylindar and I dont know?

I have an opel corsa model 1998 3 clyndars make 40,000 Km then, I have a problem in oil proff of upper clyndar and after treatment there is a noisy sound when I start to open the contact then disappear after a moment some tell me that is a problem in some parts in the cylindar and I dont know?
