WHAT IS THE RANGE OF ALLIGNMENT COSTS AFTER INSTALLING A RACK AND PINION? iS IT NORMAL FOR A MECHANIC SHOP TO SEND OUT A CAR FOR ALLIGNMENT WITHOUT THE OWNERS PERMISSION OR AGREEMENT ON COST?
