Oldsmobile water in a.I.R. Pump

I have a 2001 olds intrigue that I heard a water bubbling sound from the left front engine. Took it to the dealer and they replace the A.I.R. Pump said it had water in it and was shorted out. 2 days later I hear the bubbling noise again. Any idea where the water might be coming from before I go back to the garage

There is a technical service bulletin on this problem, and revised parts are to be used to fix it here's the info!
