Olds 98 stalls

My 1985 Olds 98 V 6 Fuel injected with 112,000 miles will run only for short periods I have changed plugs modulator cap rotor and coil. All to no great differance. I am unshure how to ck fuel pressure but I found anouther problem the Alternator is only charging 11.35 volts could that cause the car to stall.

On the fuel rail there is a schrader valve, if you dont know what it looks like, its like a valve stem with a black cap on it, get youself a fuel pressure guage and check the pressure and see if it holds or falls and get back to me
