Knocking sound when steering on right turn

I have a 1994 Oldsmobile, Achieva - S with over 120,000 miles on it. The engine is a 4 cylinder quad with 2.3 liter I had always kept the maintenance up to par through the dealer since I bought the car when new.

I recently ran through a speed bump that was not marked as such or highlighted while I drove at night and my car suffered the consequences.

My question is this: Upon turning to the right, the car sounds a loud clanging noise on the front right side. Not when I turn left. The suspension feels good and does not seem to have suffered the ordeal as far as I can tell. What could it possibly be?

It sounds like you did some damages to your right CV joints.
