I have an olds achieva 1997 and my break light and abs light will not go off and I cannot take the car out of park what should I do

Do you still have brake lights? Or are the out also

Ok this sounds like a shift interlock cable problem

It is a cable that runs from your shifter to the brake pedal, you should have a small slot on the shifter base that you can fit a key type object into, if so try that and see if the shifter moves atleast this will get you going for now
