98 Bravada Bogs at low temps.

I have a 98 Olds Bravada with 151K miles, 4.3L auto. I just installed a K&N Cold Air Intake, and replaced the original AC Delco plugs with Bosch Platinum plugs. Since the mornings have been getting colder, I've noticed that if I give it just a little too much throttle, it bogs untill it gets past first gear. Once it warms up it's fine. I hear that it is because of the plugs that I have.

Thanks for your help,
Aaron
