My suilouette van starts but the motor isn't turning, my belt assymly isn't spinning, It looks like one of the pulleys is broke. How do I get in there and take out this particular part and is there a web site to go to that shows me a description of my engine?

Did the pulley on the bottom center of engine break? Or is it one of the smaller ones? Is it heavy?

It's a smaller pulley towards the back of the engine on the side. It one belt that runs the whole engine.
What is that part called and can it get removed and replaced and how do you get it out?

Well your talking about the serpentine belt and it also sounds like a idler pulley went bad. Usually the idler puller is only held in by a single bolt in the center of the pulley and are very inexpensive. My best advise is to get a on line service manual for step by step instructions. Or under the hood on the engine or radiator support is where the belt routing diagram usually is.
