Electrical problem
1997 Oldsmobile Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 100,00 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I recently replaced the engine in my 1997 Olds Cutlkass. Now both the brake and the abs lights are on and the car will not pass inspection. A repairman with a scanner told me it is not the snsor in the wheel hub. Someone else told me they may have to tear out the dash to get to something - I just spent $3000 and can't afford anymore - I had new brakes installed in Jan of this year -the car broke down in April and I just got it back but can't drive it. HELP!!!!

If the brakes were normal before the engine swap, MAKE that garage fix the brakes, they may have broken somethig putting in or taking out the engines!
There is nothing in the dash that should need to be replaced, unless the need to change the booster...and that could have been hit by a swinging motor...
