1996 Other Oldsmobile Models loose steering wheel

I need to know how to tighten the steering wheel,
it is becoming loose.

If you have tilt steering and are talking about the wheel wobbling all around, you wil need two special pullers and its not an easy job and hard to explain how to do it, better get a mechanic to do it for you.
